*Le gasp*

Oh wow... There he is, my absolute dreamcar, in the perfect colour:wow:

Could I use this as ref for a drawing? Never drawn cars before but I'd really like a drawing of my fav above my bed. I'll show it when it's done and credit you.

Well, when I do make them, I only make them available exclusively from my own website. I haven't in a while, just because I've been so busy with new work. But I plan to redesign the section and offer larger dimensions in coming months. I'm not sure which photo from this series I'll choose, but I'll keep this one in mind.

Superb rims lightning.

I always wonder when I see so much ground on your photos - are you lying your camera on the ground ?

Yup; I was lying prone, telephoto out like a sniper rifle. And getting my clothes totally filthy.

One 1600 watt strobe on either side of the car, 10' away, elevated about 6', fired into white umbrellas. That's it. :D

It almost seems too simple... lol

Do you rent these cars or are they ALL assignments?

I've been playing with some automotive photography myself after being inspired by your work. I'm so glad I came across your gallery!

Never rented a car in my life; all photos in my gallery are from commissioned, private photoshoots, primarily for the owner's personal use. :)

Nice... wish I could find people with cars like that around here. I don't care what anyone says, the NY/NJ metro area sucks big time.

The only cool thing about this area is that there are lots of concerts (which is what I shoot the most) and B&H is a 10 minute ferry ride away.

I'd move there just to be within driving distance of B&H. :P

Haha, if you drive it takes an hour on a low traffic day. NYC traffic is the mother of all bitches. I've never been to California, but I know their traffic is legendary as well, it's (NYC) probably second only to California traffic.

I'm 20 minutes away in real driving time, but I've sat for over 2 hours sometimes trying to get there. Ordering from their website on a Friday after sundown is faster than trying to drive there on a Tuesday.

Wow. That's insane. Nevermind then. I'd move there just to be within helicopter distance of B&H. :P
