2005 Porsche Carrera GT. Matte black. New Orleans, Louisiana. February 2, 2010.
Vintage steel passenger train vs modern carbon fiber supercar.
I vote the latter.
I secured this location not ten minutes before I was set to shoot; the area I was counting on wasn't as dilapidated as I remembered, so I had to scurry to find a new location before the car arrived. Luckily the man in charge of the rail yard was a car guy. Good thing too, 'cause this is a pretty killer location.
Though since it was right by a major industrial park road, truck drivers were honking their horns in approval all day. Was fun at first, until I had to lie down on the ground about fifteen feet from the road with the camera to get a low telephoto shot, and a truck driver honked his horn as he drove past and I nearly pooped myself, thinking he was about to run me over. That was less than exciting.
and let me tell you they was the best pictures i ever saw in my life
and by the way i really love this kind of pics trains vs cars
